4th of July Parade

LOCATION: Downtown | Banner Elk, NC 28604

The Banner Elk Fourth of July parade begins at 11:00 a.m. at the Lees-McRae College campus library and flows through the heart of this quaint resort town in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The parade is open to all participants and attracts everything from classic cars and trucks to drum & bugle corps to an array of furry friends, not to mention regular appearances by our llamas, goats, and dogs!

Most participants in the parade follow the time-honored tradition of tossing candy to spectators.
